Une Balle au Coeur

• A private showing of this film, starring Françoise Hardy, took place at 14:00 on Friday 19th March 1999 at "Le Palais des Beaux-Arts" in Brussels.
• Those fans who attended were - Paule, Laurent, Bernard, Erik (all from Belgium), Peter, Fredrik, John (all from Holland), Georg, Rita (both from Germany), Pierre (from France), and myself, Warren (from England).
  In addition to these 11 Françoise fans, Samuel (Paule's son) and Carmen (a colleague of Paule) also came to watch the film.
• Although the film was interesting for me because of the appearance of Françoise Hardy, I found it quite difficult to follow (and not only because of the French dialogue and Dutch sub-titles). Although there are many still pictures of Françoise from the filming, most of these scenes were cut, resulting in only a small part, and very little dialogue. There was one memorable scene where Françoise is asked "Tu n'as rien à dire?" to which she replies simply "Non".
• The main benefit of the trip was the chance to talk to other fans after the film, and to exchange stories and information. There was a general agreement that we should do it all again sometime soon, possibly in Holland.
